Cleaning and Protection
Keep the surface of the sensor processor clean. Regularly wipe the sensor surface with a clean, soft cloth to remove dust, oil stains, and other impurities. Avoid using abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents, as these may damage the sensor's housing and sensitive components.
For sensor processors deployed in harsh environments, appropriate protective measures should be implemented. For instance, in humid environments, installing a moisture-proof cover or applying sealant can prevent moisture from penetrating the interior of the sensor processor. In environments contaminated with dust, particulate matter, or similar impurities, installing filters or protective screens can prevent contaminants from entering the device.
Pay close attention to the installation location of the sensor processor. Avoid installing the unit in areas prone to physical impact, vibration, or high temperatures. If the sensor must be installed in such locations, appropriate countermeasures-such as vibration damping or thermal insulation-should be implemented to protect the sensor from potential damage.
