Periodically inspect the physical condition and connections of the sensor processor. Check the sensor housing for any signs of damage, deformation, or corrosion, and verify that the connecting cables are not loose, damaged, or suffering from poor contact. If any issues are detected, they should be repaired or replaced promptly.

Perform calibration of the sensor processor at prescribed intervals. Calibration ensures the measurement precision and accuracy of the sensor processor. When performing calibration, utilize standard calibration equipment and methods, and strictly adhere to the prescribed calibration procedures.

Maintain records of the sensor processor's calibration data and maintenance activities. Establish a dedicated maintenance log for the sensor processor, documenting the date and results of each calibration, as well as the details of any maintenance performed; this facilitates the tracking of the sensor processor's performance trends and maintenance history.
